Working Hours With the Public

According to the Provision of the Romania Government No 1723/2004 regarding the acceptance of the Program for measures against birocracy within the relationship with the public, pursuant to the provisions of Art. 2 Section 2, The own action plan was issued at the level of the County Council of Hunedoara, by means of the Disposal of the President of the Hunedoara County Council No 121/2004.

According to the provisions of this disposal, the Hunedoara County Council  will establish the working hours with the public as follows:

-daily, from 9.00  to  17.00
-Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from  9.00  to 19.00
-Saturday, from 9.00 to 14.00,

And the working point is organized at room no 1 within the County Council of Hunedoara with a telephone line in order to insure the access of citizens to public interest information, the phone number is 0254.215055.

These information are posted at the office of the County Council of Hunedoara and published on the site of our institution.

Beginning with the 29.03.2005 the telephone line type "green line" was brought into service and the number is 0800800722, having the purpose of giving physical persons the possibility to obtain free of charge all information regarding the execution means of the specific legislation within the County Council of Hunedoara.
